Finally found my tubing... Next is to add it to the door seals... Raptor is 2.5 years old and doors are getting a bit loose... Time to fix..

I have been mulling this one over, too.
As an interesting side note, looks like the 250/350 uses the same door sill design as the Raptor. Wonder if they have found a way to seal the connector openings off...

If it were me and I was having that problem I would just use a high temp grease or solid silicone grease...

I did this mod about a month ago when I started hearing the wind come through the door over my stereo and sice then not a single bit of wind its one of the oddest and most convenient mod I've done haha the things some people come up with amaze me

I'm assuming you used 5/16" tubing vs. the 3/8" stuff?
I too would like to know what those who have done this mod used for tubing size???
