Okay, so checking the clearance with the tires it looks like this will work okay. Just enough clearance at full bump.

It will probably rub when it's flexed left or right but I'm just going to go with the cut as needed technique one the truck is being used.

Ground clearance at full bump with full tire diameter is 7.5" so maybe 3 inches with the side wall compressed.

Haha I wouldn't say I have a clue! Honestly, despite the fact that unpacking a leaf is just about the only way to set up bump if you are doing something custom, it's such a PITA that very few people do it.

Oh. Damn hahaha I suck! Got my parts back from Lazer and drew my shock mount with a 2.25" axle instead of a 3.25" axle.

I did actually measure twice just didn't check my fat stupid fingers!

Anyway the frame gussets look like they will do nicely to build off the frame.

Sent in a revised drawing to the shock mount.

Raptor swap going down on my 82 f250 with all the take off parts. Don't worry I won't run a single leaf with a sanded down 2x4 spacer on this truck either...

Why you are done here, my 96 could use some front tow hooks... Just saying...

Oh yeah also I really want to put the spare back under the bed. Seems like it will clear the 37 so long as I end the exhaust prior to the axle... 1000003702.jpg1000003703.jpg1000003704.jpg

No sketch.

You will also want to think about departure angles with the spare under the bed. Hate for you to runn through all this for a few more inches of travel to get ripped apart due to hanging up on your spare.
