This thread is like a scene from Naked Gun. Starts serious, but filled with wisecraks. KNINE approved ! (with yellow markings)

cam kit with perch mod?

I m getting ready to do the perch mod next week and was wondering if i should buy the raptor cam kit to help the alignment? I m thinking about just going to the middle. I want my truck to sit level and not be higher in the front than the rear. I ve read on a few different sites that the middle is close to level and you can get and on other sites the top is closer to level.

thanx

Level sits in between top and middle, from what it sounds like. If you go to the top, you'll need the kit. Mine is on middle, I was told it needed it when they did the work. Talk to a proficient, trustworthy shop. They'll know

I would highly recommend the alignment cam kit since every truck is different when it comes to aligning it. It may or may not be necessary for your truck when going to the middle perch; however, it is just a little added security that when do you need to get it aligned it will be dead on every time.
