So to restate my summary of ideal alignment specs:

Castor +4.0* to +4.3*
Camber -0.20* to -0.30*
Toe +0.10* to +0.15*
Rear Thrust Angle <= +0.15*

And thanks for the alignment cam kit install video. The bit about preloading the lower A-arm to take the load off the bolt is often missed even by the pros.

I had my Raptor in two times for Alignment. They say its in spec?
Truck tracks great but i am getting cupping on the outside and inside of both fronts.????

Should I have the truck set to the specs above?

Thanks Lance

Did you happen to get a print off of your specs after the alignment from the tech? Also are you on the stock perch or? With the specs above and a rotation here and there you should not get abnormal tire wear.

You can make the camber and caster (and toe for that matter) adjustments without the cam kit, but imo, the cam kit is the proper way to go when camber and caster adjustment is needed.

My awesome paint skillz... Here's where I mark them. The cam has to rotate if the arm moves, so if the lines not lined up.. its moved.

lol im soooo lost. I guess that's why i've been putting this mod on hold

Well which part of its got you stumped? Really to do the perch mod no parts are needed, just some tools and elbow grease. To get it aligned right (imo) you need a cam alignment kit.
