This got me thinking about the CA raptors and others states that require front plates. Ford must have considered this right? Blocks about as much as the light bar on my truck.

Definitely not optimal but does it make a big negative impact? I register most of my vehicles in AZ as I live there half the year, so no front plate requirement. But ya just a thought

No front plate in Fl. So I don’t have that issue. Many even mount them to the side in the bumper. But in a place where the IC is so buried already, blocking it doesn’t help. They heat soak badly under there.

I’d drive around and test things out. The thinner bar may certainly help.

With as expensive as registration fees are in AZ, you actually choose to register your vehicles here? I’m waiting to get the paperwork for my plates, but I’m expecting to pay over $1100 for just the first year, and about $7K for 8 years.

honestly I’ve never looked at it lol. I just figured Ca is expensive as hell so Az must be similar or cheaper. And I will not run a front plate so Az it is

agreed. That’s why I def wanted to upgrade the IC. I figure less airflow at least have a more efficient Ic, maybe it’ll even out? Def doing the thinner LB and def keeping an eye on things. Thanks again

Congrats. You will love those tires - I have the same ones, and they are the best tires I've ever had, period. Where did you find it here in GA?

Hey. Thanks. Ya I loved the looks, they were lighter than the Open Country’s and found a sweet deal on them. Usually run Ko2 or Toyo OC’s. Been wanting to try them so finally did

It was at Jeff Smith Ford in Byron GA. Got a good enough deal to pull the trigger and was basically the exact truck I wanted minus having the sunroof. Also liked leadfoot But ya glad I went Magnetic I think it looks sinister. And the graphics I would never order but they actually blend in pretty subtly with Mag

Cool. Can we get a side profile shot? You don’t have the Eibach’s in yet? It’s gonna look eve better when you do and the front will look that more aggressive.

It's bad, but shouldn't be that much over 8 years. Just renewed my 2018 for 2 years. 20200829_160530.jpg
