wyoming offroad and guns 8/5-8/7

while it is no longer an organized event, i still go to wyoming every august to go offroading, play in the dunes, and shoot guns. if any of you want to join me, we will be near lander wyoming august 5-7 for a weekend of fun. due to the past issues, i ask that anyone who comes, has had their truck ON CURRENT SUSPENSION for at least 6 months. you need to know your truck and how it handles for this trip, because of the speeds we can reach. unfortunately over the years we had 3 people roll their truck and all were on new suspension setups with no experience on the new changes. other than that, we have a ton of fun and a great experience. lots of wildlife, kilpecker sand dunes, and fun trails. i always camp as most people do, but theres motels in lander 10 min away. send me a message and let me know if you want to come. we limit this to 10 trucks now days, so if you want to come out, let me know, and i will set it up and get gps coordinance out to you. or text me (831) 254-7562. @John M this is your chance for new photos.

what are you doing in lander? you dont really go there for stuff, unless you are out camping.....

wonder how many flights it takes to fly into riverton...... you are more than welcome to camp with us. if your son has a truck, it will be fine. dont need a raptor. just raptor makes it more fun. or you can ride along with me or someone

Living in Northern NJ I need to fly to Denver and then to Riverton. I’m considering getting my pilots license so I can fly right into the local airport in Lander. Knowing me, it will be fun the first time but I rather jump on a jet and be there in one day compared to probably a 3 day fly, weather permitting! Maybe in my retirement years when I have time.
I appreciate the offer to meet up with you and your friends. This will be a quick weekend visit and the first time we are seeing our sons new house that he bought with his gf. Perhaps next year ! My truck is a pavement princess so it would be awesome to see what a day on the trails would be like. Maybe I’ll have to leave my 19’ in Lander after I get my new 22’, 23’ or whenever I get a new one! Reading all the posts on this forum, I have no clue when I could possibly see a new one.

come out for half a day. we have a short run and an all day run. the short one is 3-4 hours depending on how long people stay around atlantic city and the mine
