what are gun laws in michigan? mainly gun laws in vehicles, in michigan.

Must be unloaded and secured in an area that is not readily accessible (preferably in some sort of a case) separate from any ammunition unless you have a MI CPL. Mags should be empty as well...

You can also carry concealed if you have a CPL, CCW or whatever they call it in your home state, but you obviously must adhere to all MI laws and have your permit on you. Google something like "Michigan concealed reciprocity" if you need any more info on that...

Oh yeah....open carry is legal as well. But a vehicle is concealment. Google it or PM me if you need any more info.

I figured it was just better to buy one outright since I never seem to win anything good at raffles! lol

I'm the exact same way. Never win anything at these things. I'm going to try to find some banks at the finish just in case someone wins something I want that they already have and want to sell it to the fellow snoballers

I won a Springfield 1911 at a Pheasants Forever Dinner. Problem is over the past 5 years I have spent $300 in raffle tickets. In the long run I suppose it is still cheaper than the gun itself. By the next time I win something I probably could have bought the gun 2x over with raffle tickets. One guy that goes with us every year has won at least 2 or 3 guns a year... go figure
