For those that ran the SnoBall 500, I'm curious how everyone's tires did. For those that still have stock tires, were you happy with them. How about you aftermarket tire people? Just thinking down the road. Tks!

I am very happy with my duratracs.. Ran into 2wd the whole first day.. The second day in 4wd playing the deep snow they did great.. If my truck wasn't squatting I would had no issues with anything up there with these tires..

I ran stock tires with about 2k miles on them. incredibly impressed with their ability in the snow. Only thing that I did not do was blaze a fresh trail. I think that's where the tires would have suffered. Other then that, very impressed with the BFG's

one thing true with all tires you need to break them in first before evaluating. I'm thinking that is atlas an oil change first.

I ran in ORM only for a very short bit in the really deep crap on Saturday night. I wanted to have my rear locker engaged over it's normal cut out point.

I mostly had it in Tow/Haul mode which kept the shift points up and kept me in a lower gear. It was awesome for the forest roads. When things got sketchy I was in manual mode. Usually in 4HI. Only time I was in 4Lo was for my recovery after lunch Sunday when I had to pull a truck straight. I didn't want to be that guy spinning his wheels at such a sensitive time.

I also ran Duratracs and they were awesome! There were times I wanted to fish tail and the damn things would just grip.
Ran ORM, 4hi, sport, e-locker, and manual shift every once in a while.
No problems.
