Looks like the same compressors and trumpets, just that they're plastic chrome. I hate chrome, and paint doesn't stick to that plastic chrome stuff for shit. lol Curious to see where you mounted them.

They are not plastic. They are metal. Where I put them 75% of the horn is behind the radiator.

My bad, I just assumed they weren't "real" chrome. Either way it looks like the same kit as I have. I just didn't want chrome.

Viking makes a lot of air horns with good reviews. That was my priority.
They don't stand out through the grill.

I unscrewed the trumpets and put them through this hole and mounted the horn bodies behind on a bracket I made that piggybacks on the abs module bolts.

That was the reason I mounted mine up high and sideways.

Bumping this up. Thinking of adding the Hella Supertone electric horns to supplement the air horns. The air horns aren't as instant as the electric horns are, so I think the Hella ones would be a useful addition. Thinking I'll probably need to find some sort of bracket to mount them them to somewhere instead of just trying random holes to mount them somewhere.

Decided to go ahead and order the Hella Supertone red high/low tone horn kit. Most likely I will just make my own bracket for them since they are pretty easy to mount.

If you're thinking about getting one, I highly recommend it. The install wasn't too bad—I found a great step-by-step guide on the Ford Raptor Forum that made things smoother.

One thing I was curious about was upgrading to something even louder, and that's where I stumbled upon Boss Horns check them out at https://bosshorn.com/. They've got some serious decibels going on! Has anyone here tried Boss Horns or other aftermarket upgrades? I'm tempted to take mine to the next level but wondering if it's worth the extra kick.

Sometimes it might depend on the animal. I've got a neighbor with an obnoxious dog that could use a little scaring from time to time.
