Wiring Route for Cutout???

There is 2 places to get the cutout wires into the cab. Don't need to drill at all. There is one in the middle of the second door and another one at the front of the front door. Get something to poke a hole in which ever you pick and run the wires through.

Alan, I still have mine in the box waiting for you to help me put it on.

The reason I drilled a whole was to get the wiring into the cab as quick as possible. Depending on where the mounted the cut out one of the grommets would work fine. Where mine was mounted I had more cable under the truck then I wanted. The more wire inside the truck then under the truck is a positive to me.

I just pulled the slack into the area behind the glove box, problem solved!

OK, started doing the wiring from the back of the aux switches. Took out the glove box, the aux panel, found the grommet in the floor at the front of the passenger door. Now, how do I get from the back of the aux switch panel to behind the glovebox? There doesn't seem to be any pass-through space.

When every you want to do this let me know. It will take me longer to wire the cutout in than pull the exhaust cut the hole and weld it back. I've done 2 so far so it takes a couple hrs start to finish.... mostly due to the beer drinking

But mostly you have to pull the side panel off the passenger side of the console. Run the wire from the grommet under the passenger door under the front of the carpet and then snake it up and to the aux panel. You will have 2 sets of wires coming from your switch. one to the cutout and one to the battery with the ground using one of your screws in the console.

I've already got stainless in the welder ready to go.

Switch is at the very top of the Aux Switch box.

Wire runs behind glove box and out rubber grommet on passenger side fire wall (wire is grey):

Then down the back side of the wheel well liner where it hugs the side of the inside rocker panel.

I even used one of the side step rails to hold the wire in there:

A couple of zip tire before the 90 turn toward the cutout valve:

Then I used a hole in the frame to shoot over to they Cutout:

And then it plugs into the cutout:

Now in the video did you see the kick panel on the outsides of the console? I ran them through there. And then with the cupholder shifter surround off it was easy to run em.
