i dont think its possible. the dash bezels are different. the only way would be to modify the bezel to fit your current controls. (fiberglass type reworking)

I know you know more about it than I do. What I outlined is what I need to swap over. I figured I could just unscrew from the back and swap over.

for some reason i thought you had a 2012 going to a 2013/14.... thats why i said a dash modification. you should be able to change out the controls as long as your original controls are the ones being used.
