Wipers oddly slow

So here’s a weird one. Just this past wed I went to clean the windshield by pushing the spray button. The wipers swipe was wildly slow and almost didn’t go back to the “rest position “ . I thought snow or something was stuck in somewhere. Went thru car wash to help spray/ blow snow out… somewhat better but still slow. Any other thoughts?

Probably something with the linkage and bushings. It happens when there is ice/snow blocking the arms.

You'll have to pull the plastic cowl and look at it. Might be the motor too, but either way, that cowl has to come off to get at it all.
