I took them a few business days to get back to me.

Just checked and I sent payment on 22APR.
Quote received on 19APR.
Email stating Ford rejected the design on 07MAY.
Just waiting for the matte black one now.

Hey everyone. Here is a quick update regarding quotes. We were recently featured on Chop, Cut, Rebuild on Speed Channel and our phones and e-mail has been blowing up. We have been receiving 200-300 e-mails / quote requests a day. It is taking a little bit longer to get the quotes out at this time due to the shear volume of requests. If you haven't received a quote after 3 days, feel free to give us a call to verify that we received your request. If you want a quote, you will need to fill out the "Get a Quote" form on our website so you can be assigned a customer number to track your order.

We have also hired on two new associates to help speed up response time and to help with production. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call. Thank you.

I hate to be "that guy" but it's been over two months and still nothing. 15 days ago I was told it'd be shipped in 10-12 days. I'll be requesting a refund if I don't have it by the end of the week. Kinda tired of driving around with the logo missing.

Dear Mr. Taylor:

We apologize for your frustration. According to our records, your order was placed on April 22nd. It has currently been in our system for 6 weeks. In an email you were sent on April 29th, it was explained that the current lead time on badges is 4-10 weeks from date of purchase. Furthermore, your initial custom color design request had to be sent to Ford for approval. We are unable to proceed with any "approval needed" order until we receive a response from Ford. We received a response from Ford on April 29th. Due to their denial of approval, we then contacted you regarding your order preference. Once we received a response from you, at that point, we were able to proceed with you order. Please keep in mind, your order is still in a non-standard color for the Ford badges. The standard color for Option (A) is semi-gloss black powder coat. You elected to have your badge done in matte black powder coat, which is not one of our standard colors and had to be special ordered specifically for your badge. We understand you are eager to have your new badge for your vehicle, and we are working hard to accommodate you. Please understand, we will not permit a badge to leave our facility until it completely passes inspection. Your order deserves to receive the greatest care and attention to detail. If you would prefer to have a refund rather than your order, we are happy to be of assistance. Please let us know your preference.

Ford oval replacement - Billet Badges

Replaced the rear oval the other day. I went with the black oval and gray paint fill:

Removed the existing Ford oval using a pry tool. No way to avoid breaking two plastic tabs holding it on.
From there, there are 2 7mm screws holding the assembly onto the tailgate:

The camera is held to the back of the housing with 3 torx bolts. You only need to remove the 2 side ones, and the camera slips out:

I decided to paint the housing to match the fenders and the rest of the gray logos on the truck. Sanded it down with 120 grit and used a couple light coats of the promoter, then 3-4 coats of the gray (Dupli-color dark shadow gray), then a couple coats of clear:

Done - sorry not the best picture to show colors but it was BRIGHT outside

Great quality product and workmanship, fits exactly. Would definitely order from them again, maybe the 6.2L badges in a custom color? We'll see

I would much rather have my badge. I didn't mean to be a pain but it was starting to seem like I was getting the run around.

Looks good btw Txfight00

After a very anxious wait, it finally came.

Not quite what I was going for but at this point I'm just glad to have it on there. I probably should've asked about the wait before I started the project. Lol
