Winch yes, I've used mine many times - but usually for other people.

On a side note, my little TJ Rubicon has been able to rescue my Raptor using the Rubicon's winch, even though the Raptor is much larger.

I don't have one on my Raptor, but I had one on my F250> I only used it twice for getting myself unstuck, but I used it for other stuff, like removing scrubby from front of the house, planting oversizes trees in yard, loading/unloading trailers, etc.... I wished I had one on my Raptor as well, but I have been lucky so far. I haven't had need for it. Knock on Wood!

ok going winch bumper. Already ordered the winch also. The 2 4" led light is the next item. looking at a 40" behind the grill then on the sides of the winch
either
2 4" white floods with amber covers
2 4" amber flood
any thoughts on the covers. Do they work?

Amber covers over your lights SIGNIFICANTLY reduce light out put.

If you want reliable, waterproof amber lights, contact Jimmy at WSI for a set of amber micro pioneers. He also has mounting solutions.

Jimmy @WSI is a great guy to deal with. Either Brandon @TMX or Jimmy can get you taken care of as they are great friends as well.
Good bumper choice, now I can count on you to pull my *** out ayy! Haha, if your ever in town that is. Let me know when you'll be installing the bumper and ill swing by and drink a few whichya J.

*edit
I'am in the same boat but been thinking about doing a custom bumper with a 2" receiver in it so that way i can move the winch to the front and back. plus that way i don't always have that extra weight up front our truck are front heavy enough as it is. then when i make my chase rack make a mount for the winch so it has a home when not in use.
I just noticed your post. Damn near identical what I wanna do, just explained a little better than my previous post on the receiver idea. You can't go wrong having a front and rear/ easily reversible mounted winch, Never! Im going this route with WSI's light/tire rack Can always mount it on the rack and it'll hook onto my huge 37's to get them loaded back in the bed if ever needed as well.
