Open a photo bucket account. Right click on the desire pic and save it to your desktop & then upload it to photo bucket. Open your user cp --> edit signature. Click on the Pic icon & when the dialog box opens & then paste (by rt clicking) the "IMG" you copy from photo bucket & then preview it & then save.
