They are for a MRI trailer at the hospital. The old one shorted out and blew a huge chunk out of the side.. Just $900 for the plug, the receptacle is $500 and on two week back order.

Got a whole setup with the receptacle already wired to a disconnect sitting up on the storage floor at the hospital I work at. Just disconnected a couple months ago. Could of cut u a sweet deal. LoL

Did the MRI get any collateral damage from the short? Heck, that $1400.00 barely covers the show up cost of a MRI field engineer.

No, luckily the ups/filter/line conditioner switched it to UPS and safe shutdown mode when it sensed the crap on normal power. They were really lucky, that it started dropping a phase before it blew. Otherwise, it would have smoked the MRI.
