Will Ford Performance bless us with a tune?

Would you buy a Ford Performance tune for the Raptor?

Hello everyone:

I saw Ford Performance released a tune for the Explorer ST and it made me wonder. Ford Performance has a tune out for every Performance vehicle other than Shelbys (The Edge ST is going to be discontinued so I'm not counting that). Will Ford Performance come out with a tune for Gen 2s? I would definitely buy.

Thanks!

If it was an tune by the now disbanded but technically savvy Special Vehicle Team (SVT) that came up with the Raptor in the first place, I'd trust it. But I wouldn't trust Ford Performance as far as I can drop-kick them. I think that their "performance" has been pretty doggone poor.

They've already given us all of the performance they can under the constraints of EPA, range of operating conditions, and load, because warranty. Now if you're willing to give up towing uphill in hot weather with 87 in the tank, don't see below freezing temps, and you're willing to give up the warranty, there's quite a bit of room for improvement.

The s550 gt350 and gt500, Gen 2/3 Raptor, and mkii GT are the best performance vehicles FoMoCo has ever made. Inferior?
Some people you simply cannot engage in a rational debate in much the same manner as @Sasquatch77/@dspangler. It wouldn’t matter if you had scientific, peer reviewed data, it’s like arguing with a brick wall.

Even if they do, it probably won't be close to GooseTuned!
Yah but it would be warranted and that's what I want.

They're mostly the same people. And let me see, Ford GT, GT500, GT350, Raptor, Bronco Raptor, you call those poor?

What constraints would EPA put on aftermarket tunes?

Exactlu!
I don't think so. I read that several of the notable SVT people left for other opportunities when Ford disbanded the team. Regardless, results are evidently inferior.
That's some people not the whole team. Also, again with the inferior? All their vehicles have been spot on.
