I also have the DDM TUNING raptor hi low kit 55w and 6000k. I love the lights 6000k is white with just a hint of blue in it. My only problem I have had is my headlights won't turn off when I turn the truck off but I called DDM and they said I need a new control box and they are sending me another one no questions asked.

How long is your light timer set for? you can adjust up to 2 mins long I think.

It's not the timer cause they worked for about 3 weeks then this problem accrued and my amber park light go off its just the headlight.

I wasn't going to do it, but to be the devils advocate and to answer the OP's question... Because its a an illegal trend started by ricers and kids in high school.

You wouldn't think twice about spending $750+ on wheels would you? Why not spend it on something that you will use every day and is actually an upgrade. Also you have to ask yourself, what would you rather have installed when its raining at night and a 60 year old woman with bad night vision is driving at you on a two lane road.

My .02...

Mis-adjusted projector headlights will cause just as many problems as any other headlight combo. Regardless of your choice, just have them adjusted/aimed properly & it won't cause any accidents.
