Why I went back to stock intake box

I don't see the value on upgrading the intake, especially for the price. Lots of mods would come before the intake for me.

Intakes would be the last thing I upgraded too usually, but for the raptor, upgrading to a better filtering intake is definitely something to look at, specifically in heavily dusty environments

I have the K&N with the sock on it. Haven't had any problems with dirt or water. I did have the filter come off once from jumping it at TRR though. Only happened once though..tightened the shit out of it after that. So no more issues.

Yea I'm thinking the water got in from around the seal maybe. Cause f it was coming trough the filter wouldn't the water spots e a lot smaller an spread out? I don't know just a guess.

I've had my afe stage 2 for about 30,000 miles and never have I seen any dirt or water in the tube and I take my filter off regularly to clean it and ill run a clean paper towel down the pipe and it comes out spotless. Maybe you got a bad filter?

I think just his clamp weren't tight enough, unless afe doesn't run clamps
