Why does the Raptor come in so few colors?

And why would they eliminate Terrain and Avalanche, two of the best Ford truck colors?

The Ford Bronco seems to offer more colors, and much better colors to boot.

I’d write to Ford and ask them. Although I’m still waiting on a response from my 2008 Expedition paint peeling on the tailgate due to contamination in the factory.

I have said the same thing...Area 51 and Cactus Grey for the Raptor would be Fire! Bronco has an assortment of amazing colors...Raptor is pretty lack luster...I mean, who doesn't love seeing a million LFG, Black, and White Raptors on the road...gag. no thanks, too cool of a vehicle to stick to black, white and flat grey

sucks indeed. I loved the performance blue. but when I got my 2018 19's were showing up on lots and I couldn't get the performance blue anymore. thats when leadfoot came out. went with white. now same thing. ordered a 22 and now leadfoot isn't available. crap. looks like it is another white one. rapid red is nice but. just another standard f150 color. at least white is the easiest to keep clean and hides the swirl marks the best, not to mention IMO allows all the accent colored flares, bumpers, grill, etc stand out more.

always thought about a wrap for a color nobody has but always worry about when I get tired of it and need to get it removed.

I guess I have a special ultra rare 2019 with Performance Blue ..... oh along with the other 1000's that are out there for sale so I guess I am not special .

Any company which makes a "High Performance" models (///M, AMG, FP, V, SVR, RS) needs to have a "special" color avaliable only for that class of cars/truck/suv. BMW does it which is awesome and I am glad you can only get the Ford Performance Blue on FP cars. I just have always believed that these models need to be distinguished more than just the performance stuff. Still make the Sleeper colors white/gray/black but you need to have that other options.

thought they discontinued the performance blue when the lead foot grey came out. guess I was mistaken and not paying attention to anything but the fact I got 5k off sticker cus it was an 18' and so set on getting one and didn't care at that point. and couldn't wait. but now regardless the from what Ive seen performance blue is gone along with lead foot. bummer

I wish they would do something like Audi does "Audi Exclusive Color' where you pay a 4000 dollar premium but you can have your car painted in any color you want. I would do that 100%

Same here! I had a grey Gen 2, it's awesome don't get me wrong but all you see on the roads are grey, black, white....blah. The Raptor needs to stand out! Code Orange for me all day. If Ford would offer a better color mix we might not only have black, white, grey Raptors on the road
