MBRP is the only black one that I know of. Why arent there more options? These trucks dont come with any chrome or aluminum, why is that all we have for exhust options.

Nothing a can of flat black high temp BBQ paint cant solve.

Huge difference between a ceramic coating (which is what SW is using, not jethot paint based crap), and high temp paint.

You really dont need the full exhaust done up with the coating but hell if you can swing it price wise it will only help.

Yeah I would never paint my exhaust tips. That would be a monthly thing to touch up with rock chips and such. Ceramic Or Powdercoat is the only way to go.

When you dump the exhaust in a turn down, does the black smog crap linger around the bottom of the car and make everything look like shit? Kinda like the old cars you see that are black on the back from exaust shit smoking the back of the car out? Also, the problem with dusters is that they shoot dirt everywhere against a curb, do turn downs have that issue, sandblasting the underside or somewhere close to it?

As for headers, do they create more heat than stock manifolds? Does the thermal coating help keep that head down? Are headers good for a daily driver/offroad machine? CA Smog?

LT headers are fine for a daily driver, but they are not smog legal in CA. LT headers run cooler than the stock manifolds and if you can get them coated (even better) it keeps the heat where it belongs, inside the exhaust. They will pass the emissions test but not the visual.
