I'm a newbie here, just been reading and educating myself. I submitted my order through a dealer Thursday ... I'm waiting now for feedback, the first of which I believe is Ford's acknowledgement of intent to build. What are the chances I'm too late ? Thx.

Just an FYI, was told by Ryan (our sales guy) back in April (I think) that per the regional rep, Ford cut off all dealer orders order for Raptors (Raptors for the dealer lot) and that Ford was only filling customer orders and that Ford intended to fill all customer orders. Now I assume that means as long as a dealer has allocation. So, I would think anyone with and DORA from a dealer with allocation is safe! Just my opinion......

Sorry for the confusion - I didn't get anything back yet, especially a VIN. Just submitted the buy confirmation to my dealer last Thursday. It was basically my customer order sheet and signature confirming my options and intent to buy. There is a line item on that sheet that references DORA. Then there was another sheet specific to the dealer where I confirmed the price, had to sign and initial in several places. Awaiting feedback from Ford now / confirmation of build.

Sorry about that, I read the wrong post and thought you were another poster who posted their VIN. I was thinking, damn that was fast!! I'm in the same boat as you then.
