I read about this on one of my other forums I frequent and it is scary for sure. This is the reason why PCA does not allow you to drive a friends car at an event (a little overkill imo).

I'm shipping my Evo to a tuner and it will be driven in excess of 100mph i'm sure. Oh, and its going to Ohio and has slicks on it haha.
