who has updated to SYNC3 VERSION 3.0 ?

Where did you source the unofficial 18025?

Same deal, been running the unofficial 17194 the last few months, upon loading the latest official 18025 it completes and says i have latest software, but stays at 17194. Assuming id need to go back to last official version 2.3 to be able to use the official 18025... or just load the unofficial 18025 version ontop of my 17194... Can anyone else confirm?

17194 gave me the wifi popup issues, later turned out the official 18025 comes with that bug too.. but 18025 is alot more quicker touch response and voice command response, 17194 lagged compared

any idea if using an external SSD with USB would prevent this update from working? I didn't have a thumb drive large enough handy so I tried using an external and it wouldn't update.

32gb thumb drive arriving from Amazon today in case..

It will work fine. I did mine with a 2.5" SSD attached to a USB cable, worked no problem. Actually much faster than a thumb drive too.

Same question, same issue.

Wouldnt update to the latest 18025. I was told we needed to step down and then step back up with the file that Toadster is hosting.

I havent tried it yet. My older 3.0 is working fine but if I get bored I might give it a shot but if can get the 18025 that overlays on the 17194 that would be ideal.

Ok can confirm the step down to the old version 2.X and the step back up to 3.0 works. (for the guys on 17194) Im now on 18025. Still waiting for my Nav to come back to life (still thinks its in Dearborn MI) but it should find itself eventually. Other than that, all good.

OK guys after several attempts my upgrade from 2.3 to 3.0 was successful. My problem was unzipping on a MAC and that not all unzipping programs treat files and directories the same. The one that worked for me was called "the Unarchiver".

I tried to report the successful upgrade to Ford but am getting the error message:

Upload unsuccessful. Please try again later. If you continue to experience problems, contact us.

Anyone else?

Anyone else have this issue since upgrading to the 3.0?
- Every time I start the truck cold it gives me the wifi screen about updates
- Android Auto seems to have disappeared. There's nowhere to enable it in Sync like it was in 2.3.

the update makes sygic run smoother, thats all we know for now..improvement for applinks

it wont stop from installing, it wont stop and tell you you have the latest version, it will go 18025 --18093
