Wonder if adding the resonators/converting to 1fg would help with the rasp in higher rpms or just accentuate it?
I'm currently debating between 2fg, 1fg, or corsa sport.
Corsa all the way.

I went 2fg, 1fg. Corsa xtreme. All with catted dp. Corsa hands down.

Do u have much drone or resonance in cabin? Esp cruising 75-80 or lugging around town.

Which system corsa or awe?

Imo the corsa xtreme and catted dp was as loud as the Awe 2H on the highway. Sweet spot for both was anything under 2400rpm on the highway. I’ve done multiple Wisconsin to Florida trips with both systems and I prefer the corsa over the awe.

Around town getting up to speed the corsa setup is loud. AWE 2H was nice for the price and simple.

If you plan to go catted dp. Go corsa, awe had rasp so much I took it off and went back to stock ASAP waiting for my corsa setup.

AWE installed here. Complete cat-back system. 1,100 miles on it. Personally, I hate it. Just amps up the crappy V6 sound. Stock system, IMO, still is the best considering.
They pretty much all do. Some are just loader then others, deeper on initial start up but after warm up they all sound like angry lawnmower. Dont anyone tell you that their exhaust has Deep Rumbling Sound (doesnt matter which one they have) because its B.S. Whoever claims this I guess they never driven a truck with real Deep Rumbling Sound from 8 cylinders and adequate exhaust.

I’m so confused!!!! There are just way too many options and I can’t decide which way to go with my exhaust change. I really just want a deeper sound and no obnoxious wake up your neighbor volume and no tin can raspiness when I jump on it. I want the deep sound without the slap you in the face cracking rasp!

I need to do a real life truck line up so I can hear all these different exhausts in person!

You will never get Deep Rumbling Sound from V6 when you step on it. There always be raspiness. Like I stated all of them have less or more Deep Sound on initial start up but when you accelerate hard there is no Deep Sound its just loud but still V6 sound. If you want to compare I will give you links of my 2 personal trucks with pretty much same exhausts one V8 and V6:
1st:
2017 Roush Supercharged F150 V8 with Roush Exhaust which is Borla Atak

Thanks WG. I know what the V8 sounds like because I had a 2012 Gen1 Raptor with the awesome 6.2L sporting a Flowmaster exhaust. That sounded awesome! Now that I have changed to this Gen2 I just find the exhaust sounds like a Toyota Camry on steroids! I expected it but had hopes to find an exhaust that could make the sound a bit more “throaty” without obnoxious noise levels and too mich tin can rasp. I’m still lookin’!!!

Does anyone know if ALL gen 2 raptors have the engine noise played through the speakers? I have an 800a and have no clue if I have this or not. Hard to tell. Also is it common practice to have that feature turned off when exhaust is put on?

They all have it regardless of package. For me I can distinctly hear it in the 4-6k RPM range at WOT. I plan on trying it enabled and disabled once I install my AWE 2FG I have ordered but the only way to change it is a Forscan mod. Wish there was just an option somewhere in the infotainment or gauge cluster.
