I've just ordered my Whipple Tuner kit, so I'm looking at what else is needed to support it. I have 60lb injectors already, and I'm planning to install a billet oil pump gear, so do I need anything else besides spark plugs? Fuel pump? MAF?

The truck already has full exhaust on it. I'm planning to normally run a safe tune in the 520whp range, but I'm also going to get a hot tune for as much as it's worth on 11psi.

A lot of it depends on who's or what Tune you are going to run, every Tuner likes different setups.
So you need to do your research.

A way to minimize wheel hop with that added power. Traction bars or a torque arm imo. Some say Deaver springs will cure it as well. Fuel system should be fine with just those injectors at 520whp on pump gas. A flex fuel tune would be best to run E85 that would make an extra 50-100 more hp with that same boost level but would require higher output fuel pump and bigger injectors.

Thanks for the input. Got right at what I was wondering about.

If you plan to turn it up on E85, get way bigger injectors. 60 lb injectors are tiny. Most guys building up a forced induction V8 on E85 go with injectors in the 150-200 lb range. They idle just fine and make the absolute most of your fuel pump's capabilities. Much better to buy the more expensive set only, instead of the cheaper set, then the more expensive set later. Plus you only have to install and tune it once.

I'd still go bigger than 60 lb injectors. There's really no reason not to other than some added cost. I've guys upgrade over and over, but I've never seen anyone downgrade.

I have these injectors laying around after I upgraded the injectors on my Lightning. They made 635hp at the wheels on a Mustang Dyno with duty cycle to spare. I think they'll suffice.
