Fair point. Maybe its not a matter of cracking a code and just getting Ford to release the rights to it or something. I don't know enough about that part of it either. The Super Duty is in the same boat though. '22s can be swapped to a '21 and be tuned but after that the '23+ there is no tuning.
its encrypted so they could sell u a tune.

I installed it today. Noticeable difference in boost psi ,pedal response ,and shift points. Only other tune I have to compare it to was MPT tune on my 20 raptor. Although it’s not MPT. It’s a big difference over stock. Me personally I think it’s worth getting since there’s not a lot of options for 2024 and up. It’s way more fun to drive.
How is the trans? Does this include a tcm tune?

I'd call Whipple customer service on that question, but why are you only running 87 octane, instead of at least 91 ? It sort of defeats the purpose of owning a Raptor with it's V6 EcoBoost.
I just got mine so I haven't even had the chance to notice if there's a difference. Who knows what the dealer delivered it with.

I do appreciate the ability to save some gas money though, especially since this truck is the thirstiest vehicle I've ever owned (even more than my 700hp Z06). On longer trips / group trips, I'm probably a lot less likely to be flooring it a lot. Just would be cool to have the flexibility, ya know?

Anyone know if the dealer can flash an OEM tune back on the car when it's time to sell the vehicle in the future?
