Which Wires to Install Lowrance?

I'm trying to install my Lowrance Elite 5. I know I tap into the two wires on the cigarette lighter. Which wires do I use coming from the GPS? There are two seperate thick sets of wires coming from the GPS. One has a black, yellow, and Red. The other wire has a few more wires

What I ended up doing was just taking the pack of three wires (red,black,yellow) and running it to the cigarette lighter. I only used the black and red wires and left the yellow out. Seems to work fine, but correct me if I need to do more. I don't even know what he yellow wire is for.

Red and black is all you need. The rest of it is for fish finder stuff or powered external antennas.

The HDS is a little different than the elite.
Did you buy an external antenna as well? If so it's a little different, as the antenna needs its own power supply.
