and i wouldnt touch DDM with a ten foot pole

go with raptor retrofit, or RSIworks lights. they use top quality stuff.

hmm...I've been using DDM for quite awhile now. The new slim ballast design works great. I've been using them for years and have yet to have a problem. I guess it's just based on experience with the product.

I have The Retrofits. They honestly took some time to get use to for me. The cut is razor sharp and the light output is great. No comparison to stock as far as function and looks. As with any electrical equipment make water is not your friend. If you don't know what you are doing pay someone that DOES...

My take away as well do not skimp on your headlights purchase...

Their old stuff was decent.

Hear a TON of problems with anything new though. Bulbs not matching in color, ballasts burning out after short times, etc. get what you pay for.

I appreciate the awesome feedback. I won't be going with the Recon's now. What are some other good projector headlights? I'm considering just buying the OEM ones even though they cost a pretty penny..

As I previously posted I paid $900.00 for mine is that too much? I have seen them previously for 850.

The only one's I've been able to find are $1000+. Where did you purchase yours from? Also what additional wiring was needed to set them up?
