which CAI to get ?

I am new guys sorry I don't know much about CAI. I just had a flowmaster muffler installed love the sound but now everyone says I must do a Intake...Which one, K&N or AFE ? and will it help MPG at all ?

Afe. Some say it helps MPG but MPG is effected the more by ur right foot

From what I've read, it seems that any of the CAI's are going to help the performance of the truck. But after checking out Wheeler's AFE and WSI's airaid this weekend, there is quite a difference with how each looks under the hood and how much of the stock intake needs to be removed.

And depending on the setup, off roading may not be the best for them. But even my stock setup had water in it after the TRR.

So which one would perform the best for offroading?
