Where to buy OEM shocks for a 2018?

Yeah I have not been able to find any in stock, at least not from reputable sellers I’ve heard of.

Looks like the Forged Off-Road program to rebuild/exchange is not available now either due to supply issues, etc... I am sure there are others that may have similar rebuild programs. Apparently FOX will do it, but takes forever.
