Have you used these? Look like great options but there are no reviews on Amazon. Wondering if they’re suitable for heavy duty.

I have this in my truck:

Very good quality. It’s not going to replace a full sized shovel, but it’s the best solution I’ve found for throwing behind the back seat.

Both are heavy duty shovels. I have the Ironman. It is the equivalent of a full size shovel. Long enough to reach under a high centered vehicle to remove snow, mud or sand. You can use the d ring handle to shorten it. Comes in a heavy plastic case. The rounded edges are not as good as a point for digging hard ground but better for sand ,mud and snow scooping.

Something else to consider: Blonde:" You see, in this world, there are two kinds of people, my friend: those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig."

Here is a link to a Crazy Beaver review. The all black powder coat and the quick mount look great on the Jeep.

We have to carry one and also water during fire season in OR.

Always wanted one of these guys, but hard to spend the money when I already have a serviceable shovel in my truck. They also have mounts and storage bags.

In the running for sure.

Brothers, allow me to echo one of the posts above - I have one of the Cold Steel shovels, and it has given very good service. I've mostly used it for helping dig out cars from snow, but have also used it for a variety of dirt-digging. Great quality, great steel. No, not a replacement for a full-sizer, but it fits very nicely under the back seat.

Just get a fiberglass handle shovel and tie it down in the bed, its a good thing to have in a raptor anyway and the glass wont deteriorate as quickly in the weather. If you have to dig yourself out of a mess you will be glad to have the full size shove.

Plus one one the ergos of a full sized shovel. I've used the shorties in the past and they get old fast if you have to move any significant amount of dirt. If you go fiberglass, remember that the sun will wreck it, so best under a tonneau. Wood has the same problem, and can dry out and weaken, so that's not a solution. My real shovel lives in the garage and the little folding shovel rides around.
