When will I See it?

Placed order priority 10 at local west coast dealer.

Anyone know when I will see a VIN?

Chances of it getting to dealer before December 15th?

I heard production will start Oct 25th? Mine has both bed and hood graphics which I heard something mentioned about an extra 1-2 week wait period as those are applied elsewhere?

I read elsewhere on this forum that 2012 production got pushed back to the first week of November.

It's that Oct date for 2012 f150, but the plant Raptors are made at doesnt start 2012's till Nov 5

6-8 weeks from November 5th.. That is also depending if they get clean run, or any quality holds pop up. Also, if you get graphics there is longer wait time. Since the decals do not get put on while on the line. Randy can correct me if I am wrong, I believe they are trucked off site to have decals put on, then shipped to destination.

But If you get a 1st week build date, it should ONLY take about 2 weeks to get to your dealer. So a Raptor built on Nov 5th, 6th, 7th...... You may see it by Nov 15-24th or so, depending on how far your dealer is from dearborn. But then Thanksgiving Holiday??

I was factoring in mix-up centers, the holiday with allied and railroad..

I'm thinking week of Nov 28th-Dec 4th for a build Nov 5, 6, 7th.
( west coast dealer means going through kcmix, unloaded, reloaded to destination )

Ahh not as bad as I thought! will cross my fingers hope it gets here by mid dec at the latest... otherwise will have to hitch rides with the wife as my current truck is already sold :X

After 7 years of shipping new Ford vehicles to the west coast (mira loma, benica, and basically everything west of Mississippi) for Ford. I'm pretty confident of transit time of vehicles processed through mixing center system.
