Wheel locks

So I searched the Wheel and Tire forum for wheel locks and could only find one post about the topic (I'm sure my search skills are lacking).

Based on the info in this post, I'm wondering if these are the correct locks.

I had wheel locks on another truck. They just took the truck. Then figured it out later. Guess they wanted them bad enough.

They beat the crap out mine and got frustrated or scared off. It looks like they tried to hammer an undersized socket on the locks. Luckily, the dealer tightened the snot out of them. End result two new studs and new lock set.

The other way is to tighten the non locking lugnuts and the lock will able to remove the lock.

Or not hiding the key.. Leaving it in the vehicle (console or glove box) , its easy to pop the lock and get the key without alarm sounding.

this is why i go for splined lugs. it would be a bitch to get all of them off with a regular socket.

i don't know. mine are for aftermarket wheels and came with them.
