Take a look at this: https://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator#

Stock wheels are 8.5" width and 34mm offset. Your wheels are 12.5" width and -44mm offset. You're pushing the wheel out 129mm, or a bit over 5" (each side). That's just way outside the acceptable geometry for the fenders. Also, it's going to multiply the torque going through the A-arms and rear axle..a given force on the tire will compress the spring notably further.

Bear in mind these things have 13 (front) and 14 (rear) inches of suspension travel. And the bypass shocks are setup to let you use that travel all the time for control, it's not just there for big hits. If you even lightly offroad, or visit an uneven starbucks parking lot, those wheels will remove your fenders.

if you fully articulate the rear, the compressed side tire will actually tuck into the fender (the rear actually will travel much farther than 14" if the axle is articulated).

Pic is from this video (not my truck):

PS the video only shows how far the rear end travels...the front is using next to no travel as it has a sway bar...it'll use all its travel on impacts though.

I had 12” on my last Raptor with 325/50/22 tires and we trimmed the fender liner and some fiberglass behind the liner and never had a rubbing issue after the trimming. We didnt trim anything that was structural or anything related to the firewall. Just get behind the fender liner with a grinder and slowly trim until you dont rub anymore.
IG is dj_111717 where you can see my old 2018 Raptor with 12” wide

I love those wheels! I found a pic of your Raptor on Pinterest and saved it. I just changed mine from the bead locks to fuel one piece and experienced some rubbing but will work on it like you did yours and fix that issue. My wheels are 22 x 10's and I love them. Will get it straight!
