No problem.

No I didn't but I also only had <10,000 miles on the truck. If u got some miles on your plugs I would suggest doing it because they look like they are gonna be a bitch to change afterwards

Anyone familiar with this issue?

Ok- called stage 8 for the locking header bolts. Apparently the 6.2 has switched back and forth on which header bolts they have used. 2012 is about when the flip flopped. They use to be 10mm x 1.5 (course thread) but then Ford changed to 10mm x 1.25 (fine thread) then changed back.

He didn't even think the dealer would be able to determine with the vin number.

there are a few you have to use header bolts on. the pipe crosses over the bolt holes. I got the ones I needed at of all places ace hardware. worked fine. some I used the original studs and nuts. and I think maybe 4 I used the header bolts. the header bolts sw sent were wrong.

You can use the OEM ones but, the locking bolts ensure none back out or cause gasket failure.

Wonder if I could take one out to see what I have. Course or fine.

GREAT LAKES RAPTOR EXCURSIONS

that would be the best thing to do. once you remove the nut, the stud has a head on it and you can use a small wrench to remove it.

oh and very important. get a can of your favorite rust penetrant, I like pb blaster. soak every nut and bolt. even clamps. makes life much easier. I would do this the night before you start. or a few hours before.

It's studs from factory so u could crawl under there and probably see the bottom bolt closest to the firewall on the drivers side. That should be the easiest one to see
