What sound is this???

Anyone know what sound this is? I’m 6 days into an overlanding trip. Do I need to come down from the mountains to have it dealt with?

(Truck did take a beating yesterday on some very rough mountain passes. Rock, cobblestone trails for some hours.)

Found what may be the problem. Intercooler fans. Does this need to be replaced or is it loose somehow?
