What permissions needed to sell in the forums?

Ok, not to sound dumb but if I do I apologize: How do you start a thread with a valid question after a set number of posts (52). Have never figured it out...

Starting a thread can be done in any forum by pressing the “Start new thread” button at the top of the sub forum you’re on. For instance, click Gen 2 - General Discussion and at the top of the stickies threads on the right you’ll see it.

Alternatively, you can use find (Ctrl+F) and type in what’s in quotes and it will find it for you.
