What is this Bracket? Fog Lights?

I got my salvage raptor today and i notice this bracket behind the front bumper... is this a standard fog light bracket? Can i just bay 2 2x2 square LED pods to fit some fog lights?

here was the wiring behind it? anyone help me with that is what?

I have a 2011 SCAB, and no such bracketry or wiring is on my truck.

That's a Rigid Fog Bracket. Wiring looks to be OEM Ford.

From left to right looking at picture
Black= led in valance
Brown= running/turn signal
White= headlight
Tan. = side marker
All go to headlight assembly.
