it's probably actually not bad as a plow truck. you can get some pretty lightweight plows these days. better than nothing. If it's his only truck and he has a long driveway, I say go for it.

Say he left the reflectors as is. Swap those wheels out and change the baby blue to match the reflector orange and it wouldn't look too bad.
