Well, it wasn't a Raptor, but I saw a guy in a a bare bones XLT 2 door (long bed) that slapped a Raptor grille on the front of his truck, and somehow attached the fender flares to his stock fenders and bedside... needless to say it looked a tad goofy. I just wish I would have had my camera ready, lol.
