What did you do to your Raptor today? (Gen2)

After a long wait finally got truck back from shop.

1- Deaver +3 in the back
2- SDI bucket and revalve suspension
3- PPF Black satin
4- New Mikey Thompson Baja Boss tires

I already try to the performance after SDI bucket, revalve and e-click and it absolutely amazing.

I cant believe Forscan was able to do it, but i had replaced my steering rack on saturday, and of course had steering assist fault, and some codes from a new module on the network, but today i figured it out and no more codes and all is right in my world..

I was not looking forward to paying my scummy dealership $185 to do this and im elated that its done and i dont have to..



Im not really sure why the AsBuilt data was conflicting, but once i did it with the old steering rack plugged in, i had all green lights, so i plugged the new rack in hit send and it worked.. cloned, whatever.. no more faults.

A velociraptor is (was) a bird of prey … predatory bird. So, technically, we’re on the same page.

Well do you have the rattle or no? I had mine done recently, so far nothing bad has happened and the noise is finally gone!

Pretty sure it’s more pronounced now and during nearly every start. Will make an appointment when I get back from Rockville.

Yeah, it’s nice. The chrome knobs take a minute to get used to. I like darker knobs on our trucks more but the heated steering wheel button and temp displays are worth the change.


I’m guessing the third port is for the rear hvac controls?!? Which our trucks don’t have.

What year Expedition is the bezel from? Anything else we need for the swap?
