Met with the staff at RCI Offroad in Loveland, Colorado.

They make a complete skid setup for our trucks to include a bed rack and a rear differential skid. We’ll be slowly adding their stuff to the rig.

Toured the facility and it’s all made right here in Colorado! From bare sheets of metal to cut, welded and powder coated, it’s all done in house! I like supporting American companies especially local!

A bed rack for overland purposes that bolts in using the bed bolts would be nice.

Did either of you use a fuse/circuit breaker? I replaced the handle with a passenger side handle I found on car-part and just ordered this junction box:

I'm thinking I just need a small fused link to get enough power to open the door if the situation ever came up instead of trying to jump start it from those terminals
I have zero intention of using the remote terminal for anything other than getting the doors open. However, for better or worse I did not install a fuse.

Installed the Full Race cooling kit. The kit comes with a radiator and intercooler. Their radiator is almost twice as thick as stock!

Also did their transmission cooler which like the radiator, is larger.

While I had all this out of the truck, it was a great time to install the SPD 180° thermostat I’ve had lying around as well as cleaning the throttle body.

Originally wanted to replace the factory sub but the factory box is crap and really shallow. Went with this:

JL Audio CP108LG-W3v3

MicroSub™ slot-ported enclosure with one 8" W3v3 subwoofer

JL Audio JD250/1

AudioControl LC2i

More bass than I really need. I listen to all music and my audio books are fire now :headbang:
