Took a page from Kashoggio installation of the deutsch dt 6 pin connector, thanks Kashoggio for posting all the material information needed to install.

Took me a bit longer than I thought it would, but really was worth it. Gives the unsightly wires an OEM look. One thing I learned that I will pass along, is, if you have or planning on purchasing a Baja Industries 20” LED light bar that installs behind the from grille in front of the radiator, the 14 gauge wire is too thick to use the deutsch pin connectors.

They look good. Did you leave out a screw? It looks like there is a hole in the liner in the 3rd and 4th pics.

I actually drilled a hole after the photo to install the last screw. The liners only come with one threaded clip for the left hole on either side, but four screws total if you want to drill to secure it more. I found both sides were really solid without the second screw, but couldn't deal with looking at that empty hole in the liner.

I am gonna need to do this as well, looks real clean. I thought I would be OK with 3m spade connectors but Im definitely not.

Also if the wire wont fit the connector is it gonna pull more amps than the upfitter is rated for??? You could just run a relay or build an auxiliary relay/fuse box for the higher amperage stuff you place on the upfitters.

Got a Rhino Liner installed. Looks great, love it. Ordered some Husky Wheel Liners too, they should be in next week. With my White Raptor I think the Wheel Liners are really going to make a visual difference. :)

Post some pics when you get them. I think I want them, too, but still on the fence.

Good to know. So other than not liking the hole, you think they'd be fine w/o drilling a new hole for the 2nd screw from a fitment and not going anywhere standpoint?

It’s not an issue of how much amp it’s drawing, it is the 14 gauge wire is too thick for this type of application. Light wires just fine.

Absolutely. By the time you get the lip of the liner tucked underneath the fender flares it's not going anywhere. Honestly probably wouldn't ever move with no bolts in the whole thing.
