There are 2 available systems for Corsa. Corsa Sport and Corsa Xtreme.

The only difference between the two is the Corsa Xtreme replaces the OEM resonator with Corsa’s X-Pipe Res Delete.

This change is for sound only, is 50-state legal, and makes no changes to the emissions systems.

You can always start with the Sport system and add the X-Pipe Res Delete as a standalone option down the road. Alternatively, if you start with the Xtreme and find it to be too loud, you can always remove the Corsa X-Pipe and return to stock.

Correct. I have the sport. The extreme was just a little loud for my taste. I had that on originally and went back to the stock resonator.

Now that the Ceramic Coating is protection the paint, needed to protect the underside. Decided to do this, as with my Gen 1 Raptor, surface rust and fading of the black painted frame started after only 3 months from new and was unsightly. After reading about all the undercoating products available for this type of protection, I decided on “Nyalic”. Basically, when applied from new and thoroughly cleaned, this product can be sprayed on everything from metal to wires and acts like a clear coat barrier. It’s very nasty smelling and Definitely recommend applying in a well ventilated area and mask. This product leaves a nice slick shine, which I’m told helps with clean up. Before applying, I had to address some premature surface rust, I accomplished that with PRO15 Top Coat.

WOW! I can definitely appreciate the attention to detail and thanks for the info on Nyalic. What lift are you using? Throwing around the idea of installing a scissor lift in my garage...

Congrats on the exhaust too! Corsa is a great brand for sure! Hopefully they exchange the damaged tip out for you since they aren't cheap to replace.

Changed out spark plugs for the Ford Performance cold plugs (new SP542) along with the T Stat for a Reisch 170 Degree performance T Stat. Really pleased thus far with how easy it is to do some the regular maintenance on the vehicle.

Overall, the truck seems to be running 10-20 degrees cooler with the new T Stat. Re used the factory gasket at the recommendation of several postings and it appears to be holding the seal well.

Looking to possibly do the rear diff next as a drain and easy accessible fill plug seem very appealing to me.

Cleaned up the Aux/ upfitter wires.

(These are lever wire nuts, rated up to 32 amps, and can acommodate
gauge 28-14. It’s too bad these aren’t IPX rated)

I plan on adding a bit of RTV sealant at the ends,
and maybe rubber tape seal across, if needed.

I’m on a role, working my way through the huge MOD shipments I received from NEO Garage.

This was fairly straight forward install. I was extra careful drilling the holes in the console so as not to “punch through “ the bottom of the truck. Installation instructions were very good, however, they call for a two person job to place the mounting bracket under the console, wasn’t necessary. I’m not very handy or mechanically incline and I had no problem with the installation. The E&G Classics craftsmanship is outstanding. One thing that really stands out for me, and I appreciate that they thought of this, is, the lid has some type of mechanism that holds it in place and will not slam shut, which potentially could be very dangerous. Great engineering.
