Looks like a 991 there in Carrera White! Nice... But what is hiding up top on the lift?

991.2 GT3 and 997.2 GT3RS up top...

You can see lots of pics of them and more on Instagram @4frcars

I believe it’s Carrara White.

For the 997 and older yes, it is Carrara white!

The 991.2 Carrera white is metallic...the non metallic that I have has a different name now that slips my mind at the moment...

Very nice!

I thought the metallic was Carrara white. I didn’t realize they changed the name so I stand corrected.

Lol I learned something. Hell I have one in said color and didn’t know that. Either way. Nice taste.

Just curious what brand mud flaps do you have and do have any ground clearance issues off road? Thx

I have the RokBlokz mud flaps. They have been great. A couple of times I have really deformed them going over rocks and they returned to shape with no damage. They are kind of expensive but worth it.

I believe there is a recall or service bulletin about freezing locks I haven’t had time to take mine in yet to get it done.

Common F150 problem, plaguing the model since the current gen was introduced in 2015.

There is *finally* a recall notice for it, which hopefully solves the issue once and for all. My previous 2015 Platinum SCrew was in for this (or related door/lock/latch freezing issues) under three different TSBs, and none fully resolved the problem. I was going to jump from Ford and the F150 altogether because of it, after my rear doors wouldn't latch last Winter (again ... after three previous "fixes"). Had I not been made an offer I couldn't refuse on the 2018 Raptor, I'd have walked.
