What did you do to your Raptor today? (Gen2)

Just picked this avalanche truck up yesterday. Spent the day today detailing it up and taking advantage of some milder weather here in the northeast.

1st oil change at 2500 miles. Went with full synthetic.

Is that just plasti-dip? I like the look, but how tough is that? Will that stand up to any off-roading?

Yup, just plasti-dip. Approximately 1 can per wheel (10 coats). From what I've read, after it's had enough time to cure (at least a week, 2 to be safe), it's pretty durable. I won't have a chance to go off-roading for a couple of months so I can't report first hand but the Jeep guys have reported going mudding and having the plasti-dip hold up pretty well. Spend your time on prepping the rims, don't skimp on the number of coats and let it cure a couple of weeks before pressure washing etc. Not sure if you can do touch ups but a can is so cheap and it only takes a couple of hours to do that removing and reapplying isn't that big of a deal.

Did some prep for my Wed delivery!

Assembled Retrax (minus one missing screw) up to the point of putting into truck. And laid out bed rug to flatten out. Also got my Weathertech mats and laid them out so they flatten.
