Well now...my birthday is on the 17th. This year is sold out, but that give me a year to prep for '23. I usually take a week or so off around my birthday to have an adventure, be it camping, touring or something. This sure fits the bill...and it gives me (like I need any) more excuses to start buying more 'equipment' for the truck...!
It looks like a good time for sure. But you gotta be quick when tickets become available because they sell out fast if I'm not mistaken.

Knocked out some basic maintenance items in the shop in order to warm up the truck enough to be able to install my new Morimoto v2 XB LED Headlights and Morimoto Front and Rear Marker Lights.

Did an oil change, tire rotation, swapped out the cabin air filter (which was gross after 40k miles), installed the Morimoto LED Marker Lights on all 4 corners and swapped out the old engine air filter with a new one. This took about an hour and a half which gave the truck enough time to heat up from -20. I'll get some better pictures today but here are two quick videos from last night showing off the new headlights. They are beyond amazing and im very happy with how the new marker lights turned out as well.

Your halo's are not as bright as they should be... you need to turn drl's off in the instrument cluster. You can see what I mean if you look at the brightness in park vs drive.

Copy, i just went and looked and that setting was off already. All pictures were taken with the truck in park, lights set to the parking light option on the dial. Maybe they appear dim due to the camera/editing after?

Looks better with the black mirror caps... I swapped my painted for the textured black. They disappear into the windows IMO. They look goofy white, stick out like a sore thumb :p
All a matter of taste. To each his own. I like the white better, but have the black if I ever change my mind (as I did not break them like many). If you had a set of Oxford White ones, we could have swapped...But hey...If my Aunt had nuts, I'd have another uncle;)

The black looks cheap.

Well...Today, I swapped the Borla S-Type X-Pipe with the OEM Resonator and I think I got the sound just about right! NO MORE DRONE at 80 MPH either. Nice and quiet until you step on it, then loud again. More on it HERE and a couple pics.
