I got Foutz to send me a replacement. But unlike you, I stupidly used the stock bolt and nut which obviously is now too short and not enough threads for the nut to hold. I should have known better but was in a hurry.

If I recall, you got them fastenal and was it M18-2.5 160mm? Was there a crush nut or nylon nut that you used? No flange bolts/nuts right?

Did you torque to 450 ft lbs with the new bolts? I made the mistake of torquing these with the truck in the air and had to redo them with the truck sitting on its own weight.

Nothing that I know of on this truck is torqued to that. The front lower shock bolt is torque to 406 ft/lb, which I think is the highest torque bolt we have to deal with. But we are not talking about that bolt, we are talking about the LCA bolts that mount to the frame.

Took her on a 2200 mile loop from CO to NM to AZ to UT and back to CO. No issues at all. If you get a chance hwy 12 from Escalante to Boulder Utah is an amazing drive. And on my way through I found Swingarm city in cainville. View attachment 164644
What is the tire cover for the spares in the bed? Details?

Did you drive up that incline like they show in the videos we always see?

It keeps most of the dust and eyes out.ED91B698-7C40-4A2B-BE93-F6864B360D98.jpeg I ran around the area for awhile and tried the hill about 10 times getting a little further each time but I only ended up half way before scaring the shit out of myself. You have to give it full throttle to make it up and as soon as you turn in and head down you have a ton of speed that you have to ride out. It was wild. I hope to get back to the area again. I’m not sure if I was supposed to be in there. It says it’s for OHV and dirt bikes but it was empty when we were there.
