Lowrance HDS-7 Live, and the mount is made by PCI Radios. Also, I should have taken a picture, but of course I didn't, BuiltRight Industries makes a killer underneath support bracket. They make it for their dash mount. I knew I needed extra support, and just lucky I found it before fabbing up something. Besides fitting perfect, it was only $15.00! Hope this helps.
